We intentionally designed the site plan to provide a larger lot, lower home density, greater amount of privacy and more natural setting than found on the majority of other home sites in the area. The common areas will be allowed to grow naturally providing an ecologically friendly barrier from neighboring homes and an incomparable feeling of privacy. 

Water and Sewer

Home owners will have access to the Commodore Point Waterworks for a $1,500 tap fee, payable to the water works.

Each homeowner will be required to install an advanced treatment septic system on their property. While a bit more expensive than a conventional system they provide the homeowners and neighbors with worthwhile benefits. Minimal mounding of the soil to accommodate the drainfeild is required. This will add to the aesthetic beauty of the development. 

Building Covenants

One of the overriding goals of the development is to blend into the existing neighborhood and create a very upscale and admirable addition to the area. As such building specifications and property covenants are in development to protect your investment and the investment of our neighbors.
